It’s time to get real real about your thoughts about your pain. This week I would like you to really monitor some of you concious and unconcious thoughts about your pain. Monitor what you think and also how you behave and what you say. You now know that your pain is not due to tissue damage alone. You understand that your posture is not to blame and that participating fully in your life is what will heal you, not withdrawing.
Pernicious little thoughts and behaviors may not make as much sense in light of this new information. You’ll need to be quite vigilant to catch these thought viruses before they perpetuate for one day longer. You can do it!
