Why breathing?
So now you know that to start feeling better we need calm down your nervous systems. Research has shown that one of the very best ways to do this (drug free) is as simple as breathing. Throughout this course I will be providing breathing practices. This practice is an intro to breathing and a powerful way to communicate “good news” to your nervous systems.
Yogis have been using the breath for millenia to “hack” the nervous system. Pranayama (literally to un-restrain the breath) is a highly effective tool that should NOT be underestimated.
