What’s up with the eyes?

You worked all last week on effortless movement in the neck through pelvic clock movements. Let’s add on to that shall we? Now you will learn how to move the thoracic spine (upper back), shoulders and eyes in synchrony. This is a really important part of re-educating your neuromuscular coordination.  You will really enjoy the feeling of moving your neck to look over your shoulder with no resistance. It feels wonderful and it previews the somatic lesson for this week, the arm arc.

I hope that you are beginning to grasp the astounding integration of all of your systems from your nervous system to your brain, from your tissues to your eyes. When we begin to view the self this way, we have taken a big step forward in our healing pain journey.
