Okay Yogi, you’ve set yourself up now for some gentle movement. In your educational video I introduced some VERY IMPORTANT movement guidelines. So as you are doing your practices, please make sure to:

Keep breath calm

Keep body tension as low as possible

Occasionally ask “Am I safe”

Confirm that you will not pay for this later

These are so important! Doing everything in the practice may seem like the priority, but it’s not. Making sure to follow the movement guidelines is actually the very most important task of all.

If you haven’t already, please add your practice times and lessons to your calendar for this and future weeks. Refer to the course workbook for a full schedule. Make sure to set aside practice time for yourself every day. If you miss a day, not a problem. You have a full 7 days until I send over week 3 so make sure to catch up if needed.
