Power up your legs in chaturanga for a full body pose that is strong and stable. This drill works EVERYTHING. If you are a tall or long limbed person, try folding a blanket under your bolster for extra height.

What you will need for this drill:

  • About 8 minutes
  • A bolster or long cushion
  • A 4 inch Yoga block
  • A sticky mat

Assignment:
