Romanian Deadlift (RDL) with Resistance Band
Oh I love RDLs! The high volume here means that you will see results in a short time. Make sure there is tension on the band when you are folding forward , it should never be slack. Control the descent and rise powerfully with a squeeze of your glutes. Use the tension of the band to help you remember to keep your shoulder blades together and your spine long. Otherwise you won’t be loading the glutes and hamstrings

Reps: 10-20
Alternating Biceps Curls with RB
Make sure there is constant tension on the band. Take a bit more time to bring the arm down to your side and make sure that your arm is fully extended. Elbows stay close to your sides.
