IIB: Live Workout

What you will need for this workout

As usual, you will need your resistance bands. Make sure to have a light and a medium on hand. If you are feeling like you can use more challenge have a heavy band as well. That one will be very useful for the deadlifts. You will also need a chair or firm surface to sit as well as a Yoga bolster. We will use the bolster, or two for the core work. If you have an exercise ball, you can use that instead.
