Mandy’s approach to rehabilitative movement is based on cutting-edge pain science, years of experience, and a deep understanding of the emotional toll chronic pain takes.
She’s helped hundreds of pain-sufferers by:
- Addressing pain that lingers beyond healing. Chronic pain often lasts longer than the time it takes for your tissues to heal, typically three to six months. When this happens, other factors—like the body’s learned responses to pain—can come into play. Mandy’s coaching helps employees identify and address these factors to create real, lasting relief.
- Following the research. Combining neuroscience, somatic movement, and mindfulness, Mandy uses a holistic, evidence-based approach to help your team reduce pain and stiffness, and increase energy and motivation
