Step 2: Your 25-Minute Strategy Session
Once you’ve completed your Audit, schedule your 25-minute strategy call below. You’ll answer a few important questions before you can confirm your time. Because I’ll have your results and history in hand, we won’t spend our time on intake or “getting to know you.” We will dive straight into a high-level analysis of your unique goals and challenges.
By the end of our call, you’ll have a clear, actionable map to move away from the “pain-management” loop and back to the high-active life you’ve built.

Common questions about pain care coaching
Overcoming persistent pain is not an overnight process. It took time to get to where you are today, and it will take time to unravel that. With my step by step process, your commitment, expert coaching and time, you WILL emerge with less pain, more function and ready to get back to the life that pain stole.
This evidence informed program is designed to support you:
- If you have a pain condition, but don’t feel it warrants medical help or are trying to avoid a worsening of symptoms
- Are currently receiving medical help, including PT and want to build resilience alongside other therapies.
- Have finished PT and still need help or are looking for your next step back to whole wellness.
- Have tried to get active before or resume your activity and been sidelined by pain.
We offer a 14 day grace period. If, within your first two weeks you decide that this program will not work for you, we will refund your investment minus any program components that have already been delivered such as one on one coaching time.
This process is for you. So there are options available to accomodate your time and budget availability. Before our call, consider how much would you invest to overcome your pain issue? To feel healthy and confident in your body?
This program is especially for you then. Mandy has developed this program just for those who have struggled to get moving in the past due to pain. Throughout your process, you will learn how to know if something is safe for you, and how to safely challenge yourself so that you can get stronger and meet the demands of your busy and active life.
If you haven’t been moving much, there is a higher risk of injury. That’s why we start by learning some movement guidelines that you can use to recover movement AND confidence. The path to fear free movement is a fun and affirmative process and you can absolutely succeed.
