This program is by invitation only and is especially for clients who are moving beyond pain and ready to focus on strength and resilience. In this program you will build on your progress and tackle goals for your health and for your life.

Throughout your 12 week program you will establish powerful habits that will help you manage your weight and amplify your energy. This stage of your process is about reclaiming your active, vibrant, confident self so that you can fully engage in your precious life again.

- 12 – 60 minute in person fitness training sessions at Exodus Athletic Club in Northwest Omaha, NE
- 6 – 45 minute virtual sessions for nutrition and lifestyle
- Comprehensive nutrition and metric tracking to ensure your progress
