- 1-75 minute comprehensive intake session (virtual)
- 11 weekly one on one sessions: 45 minutes (virtual). We’ll check in with how you are doing with the customized movement program and address mindset and habits. These are so important to keep you moving forward to your 90 day goal(s).
- On demand courses: Understanding Pain, Pain Care Planning
- Hand picked practices for movement, mindfulness, stress management etc… These will progress week to week to provide progressive exposure and more confidence body and in your movement. My clients love these and use them for years after our work together.
- Activity and habit tracking on my app with comprehensive support. I’ll be keeping tabs on your progress and setbacks.
