This is a fun little bodyweight drill for posterior chain and adductors. You will start prone on the floor with your arms by your sides. Raise your torso and legs. Bring your legs wide, then on your exhale, squeeze your legs together and reach your arms overhead.

Option: keep your arms by your sides and just do the legs.

Side Lying Abductor Drill

Lie on your side with the bottom knee bent a bit. Tilt your hips slightly forward and make sure your body from the top shoulder to the top heel is a straight line. Lift the top leg a bit leading with the heel. Rest your hand on your top side butt. You should feel and focus the energy there. If you lead with your toes, or start with a bend on your hips you will ikely be targeting your hip flexors rather than your hip abductors. When you do this corectly you get a lot of bang for your buck! You will really notice a difference in the shape of your butt after a few weeks.
