Deadlift + Row Combo
You just have one exercise in this set, but it is actually the combination of two exercises. See what I did there? You will perform a deadlift, keeping tension on the band even when you are bent over. When you are at the bottom of the deadlift, pull the elbows back (not up). Re-extend the arms before rising to the top and allowing a full extension of the hips (squeeze your butt a little).
