Hi, I’m Mandy, and I’m a Chronic Pain Specialist, E-RYT 500, CSCS, and Certified Nutrition Coach.
I’ve been helping midlife women overcome chronic pain, stiffness, and limitation since 2008. I’ve been in the trenches myself. in 2016, just as I was seeing the first signs of perimenopause, I developed a chronic pain issue that stole years of my life.
The techniques that I had used before were useless. To overcome my issue I had to revolutionize my understanding of pain. This is the path that you need to take as well.
My roadmap is the proven process that I use to help women not only get their lives back, but love how their bodies function and feel again.
