Sumo Deadlift with RB

This is a funky move that can be a bit confusing. In the Sumo Deadlift you stand with your feet wider than your hips and the band around your feet. Hold the band in the center with both hands and tilt forward from your hips. Try to keep your legs fairly straight. as you go lower, bend your knees. Make sure that there is adequate tension on the band so that you can lower all the way down. To rise, drive the hips forward and the heels down.

Triceps Push Up on Chair or bench

Start in a plank pose with your hands on the higher surface. Lean forward onto your tip toes as if you are looking over the edge of a cliff. Lower any amount, scraping your sides your elbows . Push the chair away as you rise.

Reps: 5-12
