Live Workout

Workout C is the most challenging workout in month One. There are 4 supersets rather than 3 meaninging that the workout is also a bit longer. Remember that EVERYTHING can and should be adapted to your current ability. You gain nothing from blasting past your skill and strength and you gain much by taking care of yourself and advancing at your own pace. 

Finally, the form for many exercises in Workout C is a bit more tricky. Take the time to watch the video and listen to the instruction that I am giving to other students. You will for sure benefit. If you still have some questions about form you can ask questions in the challenge community or…. look up the exercise on YouTube. That’s my approach 🙂
