Live Workout
Workout IB is a bit more challenging than IA. Each month you will have a workout with includes asymetrical work or unilateral exercises. When you are just bridging with one leg, or lunging instead of squatting, things get harder, fast. By loading one limb instead of two we harness the strength building capacity of body weight!
You will see in this workout that there are many modifications and adaptations. Just because an exercise is shown in a more challenging version, that doesn’t mean that you have to perform it that way. Likewise, if you feel that you can do more, refer to the lessons that accompany htis video in the workout B section. I’ve given common advancements for many exercises.
Remember, you and you alone are the expert on you. My advice is to challenge yourself just a bit more each time. So every week consider if you can challenge yourself 5% more, not 50% more!
