It’s time to put everything you’ve learned into focus now. You have the tools to live with less fear, with more confidence and vibrancy. You know how to keep your sensitivity in check, and how to manage flares when they inevitably happen. Because you are someone who has suffered from persisting pain, you will probably always have to take special care of yourself. This isn’t a burden, it’s a privilege. Because the things you will do to maintain your comfort and peace, are the same things you need to age well. To live with presence and joy, to know that you can conquer any obstacle that is put in your way.
