Join Mandy Ryle for an upcoming somatic yoga session to gain valuable skills to help you unravel your pain naturally.

Pain is complex, and multifaceted

I know what it’s like to feel like you’ve tried everything—medications, physical therapy, even just “pushing through” the pain—and still come up short. In fact – I too struggled with chronic pain that stole 3 years of my life.

These things all fail to address just how complex pain is. So they never truly result in relief. The fact is, your pain system (part of your nervous system) has become way to sensitive.

This is where somatic movement comes in. It bridges the gap between your body and your brain, calming the pain alarm system and teaching your hypervigilant nervous system that it’s safe to move. It’s safe to live and safe to experience all that your precious life has to offer.

About
Mandy Ryle

Hi, I’m Mandy, and I’m a Chronic Pain Specialist, E-RYT 500, CSCS, and Certified Nutrition Coach.

I’ve been helping midlife women overcome chronic pain, stiffness, and limitation since 2008. I’ve been in the trenches myself. in 2016, just as I was seeing the first signs of perimenopause, I developed a chronic pain issue that stole years of my life.

Through years of study, with some of the most aclaimed pain science and somatic educators in North America, I’ve developed a movement strategy that helps my clients, and myself, to gradually introduce movement to retrain their hypersensitive nervous systems, back to peace, comfort and confidence.

This isn’t just about easing pain—it’s about learning to move in a way that heals and empowers you.
